3. The payment dates will be specified to you in the booking contract.
We are delighted to inform you that when you book with us your tour(s) are exclusive! This means that your group will be the only ones attending your guided experience we will not mix your reservation with other groups. Due to the exclusive nature of your reservation, we want to make sure you fully understand our reservation policies:

To book the tour it is necessary to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the reservation. The remaining 50% of your reservation balance will be due upon meeting with your guide at pick up in cash before leaving on your tour or online on our website 72 hours before the date

1. You must cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance of your pickup time to receive a full refund of your paid deposit.
2. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your tour within 48hrs of your pickup time.
3. Due to climate alerts or other safety issues, TME can reschedule the excursion date.

You should let us know immediately if you become aware that your personal information has been provided to us by another person without your consent or if you did not obtain consent before providing another person’s personal information to us.

In any of the situations listed above, we may request that you prove your identity by providing us with a copy of a valid means of identification for us to comply with our security obligations and to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal information.
